С 2024 года в программу диспансеризации входит скрининг анализ репродуктивной системы мужчины и женщины. Решение объявлено вице-премьером РФ Татьяной Голиковой на конгрессе «Национальное здравоохранение» 1 декабря 2023 года.
Татьяна Голикова отметила, что 2024 год объявлен президентом России Владимиром Путиным Годом семьи, поэтому решение направлено на повышение рождаемости.
О важности здоровой репродуктивной системы женщин и мужчин высказался директор НМИЦ акушерства, гинекологии и перинатологии им. академика В.И. Кулакова Минздрава России, академик РАН Геннадий Сухих. В прямом эфире “Женское и мужское здоровье — забота о себе и о будущем”, который прошел 24 января, эксперт рассказал почему важно следить за репродуктивным здоровьем.
“Репродуктивное здоровье — это потрясающий комплекс нашей биологической готовности воспроизвести наше генетическое потомство. Это главная цель эволюции, поэтому мы очень трепетно относимся к яицеклктке, к спермотозоиду, как к двум клеткам, которые дают удивительное качество жизни” – отметил Сухих.
Также эксперт дополнил, что сохранению репродуктивного здоровья помогает физическая активность: “наши дети, наши юноши, особенно в пубертатный период должны быть очень подвижными, заниматься достаточной физической активностью. Если раньше это была работа на производстве, колхозе, то сейчас это спортивные всевозможные увлечения, секции. Именно в связи с тем, что есть другая группа парней, которые не занимаются спортом, они не понимают, что они обрекают себя на грустное мужское здоровье”.
Сухих также выделил важность профилактических осмотров у акушеров-гинекологов с 12 лет и как это влияет на дальнейшую взрослую жизнь девушки: «Сегодня половое созревание у девочек мы наблюдаем в 12 и даже 10 лет, в это время происходит бурная гормональная перестройка организма, и очень важно контролировать этот процесс. Современная детская гинекология способна справиться со многими проблемами в зачатке, и во взрослую жизнь девушка входит здоровой, готовой к рождению детей”.
Отметим, что ранее Минздрав предложил изменить возраст девочек для первичного приема у акушера-гинеколога с 14 на 13 лет.
Также эксперт рассказал о лучшем фертильном периоде и особенностях деторождения: “первого ребенка лучше всего родить в возрасте 20-25 лет, а второго — через два-три года. Небольшая разница в возрасте помогает лучшему развитию обоих детей” – подытожил Сухих.
