Ученые из Пермского национального исследовательского политехнического университета научили искусственный интеллект диагностировать сколиоз по фотографии. Об этом ТАСС сообщила пресс-служба ВУЗа.
«Ученые разработали <…> [решение], которое по фотографии спины человека определяет ключевые точки на ее поверхности с помощью созданного нейросетевого алгоритма. <…> [Оно] позволяет комплексно оценить нарушения осанки и деформации опорно-двигательного аппарата. <…> Применение компьютерного зрения делает определение заболевания более точным и доступным для пациента» — говорится в сообщении от пресс-службы.
Нейросеть научилась определять сколиоз на основании 3 тыс. фотографий спины как взрослых, так и детей, на которых было отмечено 16 точек положения позвоночника. То, как располагались точки относительно друг от друга показывало наличие нарушений в осанке. ИИ-приложение определяет наличие сколиоза с точностью 85%.
«Врач или сам человек сможет открыть установленную программу (приложение) и выбрать вариант диагностики. Экспресс-анализ определит нарушения с помощью искусственного интеллекта всего по одному фото, а расширенный вариант — по видеофайлу поверхности спины, снятой с разных ракурсов. В итоге человек получит расшифровку значений и рекомендации по профилактическим упражнениям» — рассказал ассистент кафедры «Вычислительная математика, механика и биомеханика» ПНИПУ Иван Шитоев.
На данный момент сколиоз диагностируют при физическом наблюдении и с помощью рентгена и МРТ, которые имеют ограничения при частом использовании. Как сообщает ТАСС, авторы исследования предлагают использовать нейросеть для обнаружения данного заболевания.
