В России нехватка центров охраны репродуктивного здоровья подростков (ЦОРЗП). Об этом сообщила директор департамента медицинской помощи детям, службы родовспоможения и общественного здоровья Минздрава России Елена Шешко на заседании рабочей группы комитета Госдумы по защите семьи.
Елена Шешко сообщила о том, что в стране около 90 центров охраны репродуктивного здоровья подростков, этого не достаточно.
«У нас есть центры охраны репродуктивного здоровья подростков. <…> Их 88, наверное, это мало, но уже лучше, потому что 2 года назад их было 48. <…> Уже лучше, уже все-таки мы идем, но их мало» — сказала она.
Также на заседании Шешко отметила, что в Дальневосточном федеральном округе находится всего один такой центр, а в Северо-Западном федеральном округе работают целых 29. Это говорит о неравномерности распределения этих медучреждений.
«Организация этих центров — это, конечно, политическая воля руководителей самого региона и здравоохранения. Поэтому здесь очень важно, чтобы человек, который руководит регионом, понимал значимость, важность этой работы» — добавила Елена Шешко.
В Минздраве также сообщили о нехватке врачей в ЦОРЗП. Всего для подростков организовано 1022 кабинета, в которых работают меньше 3 тыс. врачей.
«Мы тоже понимаем, что этого крайне, наверное, недостаточно, потому что в этих кабинетах работают всего 2 685 врачей, которые непосредственно занимаются репродуктивным здоровьем подростков и детей»— отметила Шешко.
ЦОРЗП обеспечивают профилактическую и организационно-методическую работу, оказывают консультативную, лечебно-диагностическую, реабилитационную и социально-психологическую, юридическую, помощь подросткам в возрасте от 10 до 17 лет.
